The company is a private real estate development, and equity trading company, headed by Isa Totah.
Totah Investments’ focus falls into two key areas:
Real Estate – Totah Investments is actively engaged in real estate development, sub-contracting, investment and management, with properties in San Francisco and the greater Los Angeles area.
Equity Trading – Totah Investments has actively engaged in managing a private equity fund since 1984.
Isa Totah continues a long family tradition of entrepreneurship and philanthropy though various investments and donations to worthy causes to help improve conditions on this planet

BIOGRAPHY
A son of immigrants, Isa’s parents arrived in the United States in the 60’s with an American dream and nothing in their pockets. His father managed to purchase his first business, a mere two years after his arrival in America, Eddy’s Grocery, in San Francisco, and went on to own and operate several successful family-run grocery stores in the years to come.
Isa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University and then went on to obtain a Masters of Business Administration. In the business school, his favorite course was Entrepreneurial Management, taught by a working entrepreneur who taught on a part-time basis in the night school. The class had a practical focus that contrasted heavily from the traditional courses in the business school, often contradicting commonly taught business philosophies.
Each week, multi-millionaire entrepreneurs served as guest speakers in the class. For example, the founder of Duraflame Logs, told the story of how he took throw-away sawdust from his father’s mill, mixed it with wax, and created an entirely new category of fireplace logs that turned into a multi-billion dollar company. The stories of these charismatic “pirates” of business and his parent’s entrepreneurial roots, had a great influence on Isa’s future business philosophy.
Concurrently with his studies for his MBA, Isa helped found North Coast Couriers, a highly successful bank courier company with offices in Northern and Southern California. He left North Coast after graduating with his MBA to start his own business in real estate and equity trading.
Isa’s current real estate portfolios include a mixed use property in San Francisco and several properties in the Los Angeles area, several of which were built by Totah Investments.
Totah Investments has operated as a successful enterprise since 1994.
